SAFE STORIES
Every day, 67 Americans die by gun suicide. Unlocked guns in homes increase suicide risk by 300%. However, most people think it can’t happen to them.
Together with Ad Council and End Family Fire, we created Safe Stories, a collection of stories by those who lived through a gun suicide attempt, bound in a one-of-a-kind book that functions as a safe.
Through a targeted, cross-media campaign, the book became the vehicle to talk to gun-owning households about safe storage and create behavior change that can save lives.
